Three Foundational Sessions
All new clients begin with a series of three sessions.
Depth Medicine is relational and responsive. These first sessions give us the time and space to listen deeply, establish relationship, explore what is presenting, and begin to understand the patterns beneath your current experience.
We may work with the physical body, the Five Elements, the energetic and subtle body, the nervous system, subconscious patterning, emotional landscape, ancestry or spirit.
We tend to what arises.
Each session informs the next, allowing the work to unfold according to what you need in real time.
Across these first three sessions, I am also gathering information, listening for patterns, observing what shifts, and developing a deeper understanding of where your vitality may be depleted, disrupted or asking for support.
Our third session concludes with a Review of Findings, where we bring together what has emerged through our work.
We will discuss what I am seeing, what you are experiencing, the patterns and priorities that have revealed themselves, and my recommendations for moving forward.
From there, we create a Personalized Care Plan that may include three, six or nine months of ongoing work.
